The S5 Pisces Vacuum comes standard with the STB-205 Airdriven Turbo Tool and the SBB300-3 bare floor tool, these tools are perfect for bare floors and low pile to some medium pile carpeting. This machine includes HEPA filtration and two separate tools for bare floor or carpet vacuuming.

Our recommendation: For use for bare floors and low pile carpets.

	Sealed System™ Miele S5 Canister vacuums feature a Miele's Sealed System™ and a licenced insulation layer that makes this series quieter that the Miele S2 and S4 series canisters. The Sealed System™, combined with HEPA filtration and Active AirClean dust bags provides clean, hygenic air expelled from the exhaust vent.
	AH-50 Galaxy Series HEPA Filter This comes standard in the Miele Pisces Vacuum. This Active H.E.P.A filter performs at 99.99% particle removal down to 0.3 of a micron.
	Rotary Dial Controls Suction on this model is controlled by adjusting the dial located on the base of the machine. Six different settings allow you to adjust the 1200 watt Vortex Motor System™, to the level of suction you desire for your flooring.
	Footswitch Power On/off To turn on the Pisces or off, tap the power Button located on the base of the vacuum with your foot.
	Long Retractable Cord A footswitch is positioned on the base of the machine to utilize the automatic cord rewind. It is recommended that you guide the cord in by providing a little resistance and preventing it to forcefully rewind. By doing this you will help with the longevity of the part.
	Included Accessories Standard on the S5 Series Miele Canister vacuums are the onboard storage of the included accessories. These components include; the natural bristle dusting brush, upholstery nozzle, and crevice tool. To acess these items push the black button in that is located below the full bag indicator.
	Telescoping Wand with Quick Connect System The stainless steel telescopic wand provides an adjustable length from 24" to 40 3/4". To adjust the length there is a push button on the side of the wand where the two sections meet, push that button in and you will be able to push/pull the two ends away/closer from each other until you have the desired length. Straight suction tools are attached and locked in at the end of the wand. No electronic or motorized floor tools are compatible with this wand system.
	GN Airclen Dust Bags 4.8 qt G/N Airclean Dustbags are made with 9 layers of filtration, Miele's Dust Bags are the envy of other manufactures. The reinforced stitching prevents the bags from rupturing or tearing while the auto sealing opening prevents any accidental spilling when you extract the bag.
	Crush Resistant Hose Just like the vacuum, the hose is designed to last. Strong, yet resilient, the hose is crush resistant and securely attaches to the machine. The hose and the connection have been thoroughly tested by Miele to bear the rigors of constant home use.
	STB205-3 Airdriven Floor Tool As shown on the mouse over view this floor tool is equipped with a brushbar that is propelled by the airspeed passing through the tool. This tool is best used on low to medium pile carpeting. It attaches to the wand via the Direct Connect system, and has a slide located on the top of the floor tool to adjust the speed of the brushbar. This tool is created for low to medium pile rugs and carpeting.
	SBB-300-3 Bare Floor tool This floor tool is made with soft bristles for safe and effective cleaning on all smooth floor surfaces. A pivoting neck makes this tool very maneuverable and easy to use, while the large air channel picks up large debris.
	Two Integrated Wand Holders When not in use you can attach the wand to either the back or the bottom of the machine making it easy to store or move the vacuum. (Move your mouse over the image for alternate attachment image.)
	Standard Handle With the S5 Pisces is a lightweight ergonomic handle that has a release valve that lets you adjust the suction.
	Large Carrying Handle To move this machine from room to room, the Pisces is equipped with a large handle on the base of the canister. Near this handle is the clip that is lifted to access the bag on the interior of the canister.
	360 Degree Wheels The easy gliding, full range of motion wheels allow you to vacuum with maximum stability and maneuverability. The wheels even have raised gliders on both sides of the wheel to help you overcome objects such as cords or to transition between floor types.
	Upgradeable Design The Miele S5 Pisces can be upgraded to use a motorized floor tool to be used with the machine. A separate purchase of an electric wand, hose, and floor tool would be required to complete the upgrade
