While Miele vacuums are exceptionally durable if you do need service during the first five years you own your vacuum you will incure no out of pocket expenses. Your first year of warranty coverage is supplied by Miele (seven years for the motor) and the next 4 years are covered by Bankers Warranty.
Authorized Miele Diamond Dealer
We are an authorized online Miele Vacuum dealer. You will receive a new Miele vacuum with full warranty coverage. We have also been awarded by Miele the Diamond Dealer designation.
We will do the Repairs!
In response to our customers requests in the unlikely event that you do need your vacuum fixed we will handle the repair for you. Please call us first. You would mail the vacuum to us and we will pay the return shipping. We will give you a quote before we do any work. Our labor rates are $30 an hour billed on the half hour. You can now own the best vacuum available today without worring about not having a local repair center near by.
Free Shipping on Bags.
After you have purchased you vacuum from us we will no longer charge any shipping fees for any bag orders within the United States. Order only one box at a time if you want.
