Thick Carpeting

The proper combination of agitation and suction power is important in cleaning homes with thick carpeting.  Miele offers several choices that excel at cleaning problematic thicker carpeting that can hide dirt and other unpleasant things.

All the Miele S7 Vacuums have superior deep carpet cleaning via their powerful suction and aggressive brushbar.  The spring loaded brushbar automatically adjusts to the height of the carpeting.  To maximize your cleaning ability on thicker carpeting we recommend purchasing a Miele S7 with the Auto Setting.  This intuitive feature will allow the vacuum to select the best power setting for the type of carpeting you are vacuuming.

These two floor tools allow you to change the height of the floor tool via the foot pedal adjustment which is great for thicker carpeting.  This allows you to position the floor tool at the ideal height above your carpeting that makes it easy for you to push yet maximizes the carpet agitation for excellent cleaning.  As mentioned above you might want to consider the Miele Earth for the Auto Setting.
